Terms & Conditions
Kindly note that all our products are exactly like on the pictures and videos presented on our website and social media pages since we take time to shoot all our outfits available on the website.
Our models are Victoria Walys Philippe, Polina Lavender, Vani Chineegadoo, Mariam G.W and Raimilly Ramma.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website and social media platforms. However, as the actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Kindly note that each product are carefully inspected before packing to be sent to clients so that any defective item is scrapped. Chances of receiving a defective item is close to nil.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. You have 24 hours to request an exchange; after receiving your item via the same social media platform used to order or on 58185213 on WhatsApp if you ordered via our website .
If no claim or no Exchange Request has been made within 24 hours after receipt of the Product ordered, it is deemed that the product is of the right size. We will not accept any claim and/or Exchange Request for any Product after the 24 hour period after receipt of the Product.
It is important to note that exchange shipping cost are not covered by firstdateshop.com for exchanges.
Our transport facility makes exchange a hassle free process.
2. Exchanges are done in 5 working days whereby;
- You request an exchange within 24 hours. Our agent will send you a selection of products available in your size. You can choose your new outfit and settle your exchange fee payment on the same day before 6PM ( E.g. Order received on Monday at noon and you send us a message to request message on Tuesday 9 AM)
- Pick up is scheduled the next working day after you notified us. (E.g. Pick up is scheduled on Wednesday)
Kindly do not reschedule pick up unless there is an emergency. If there is an emergency kindly let us know and we'll reschedule on the next day. You are entitled to reschedule only once. If you missed the second pick up, we won't be able to proceed with your exchange.
- The return parcel is received the next working day. ( E.g. We receive return parcel on Thursday)
- The outfit is now being inspected for eligibility as below. If there is no issue with the outfit, you'll receive your outfit on the 4th working day after you sent the outfit to be exchanged. ( E.g. We send your parcel on Friday with the driver and you will receive the new outfit following working day, Monday)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, should not be altered or damaged, free of any stains, odours, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
The outfit should be returned in its original packaging with the labels-undamaged still attached. We do not accept product returned without it's original packaging and if a product isn't send in original packaging, the product will be sent back to you.
However, if there is any issue as mentioned above and if the product is not returned in it’s original packaging, we will send you back the first outfit itself.
Consumers are not entitled to an exchange, replacement or refund if they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it/had cancel their plans.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
As some of our items are sold, and due to high demand for some items, it is normal for us to sell-out of some products. You have the ability to pre-order your items knowing they will get to you once they are made.
To confirm an item on order, at least half payment is expected so that we can place your order and start manufacturing process. You will expect delivery in 2-3 weeks after you have confirmed your order. Once your product has arrived, you will be notified by one of our agent and you'll be informed about the delivery date.
Pre-order items cannot be cancelled/ exchanged/ refunded since we have specifically manufactured an item according to your size asked and design chosen. Hence if you have any doubt about your size, please send us your measurements so that we can better assist you.
Kindly note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
Cancellation Policy
Any order which has already been fully paid for, is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Customers are allowed to reserve clothing items they wish to purchase. The reservation period is 10 days or till end of the same month. To reserve an item, customers must make at least half payment and clearly state the delivery date, address of delivery and contact details.
If a customer fails to make remaining payment on the delivery day, the item will become available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis and order will be cancelled and non-refundable.
